9 a.m. to 10 a.m. – Part III: HR Guidelines – Brian Orsinger, COO, PA Chamber Insurance and Dee Yingst, Chief HR and Compliance Officer, PA Chamber of Business and Industry

Brian Orsinger serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Pennsylvania Chamber Insurance (PCI). As a member of the PA Chamber’s Executive Team, Orsinger is responsible for PCI’s sales growth and client retention efforts, strategic resource development, and continuously evolving PCI’s unique value proposition—empowering a healthy, productive, and secure workforce across the Commonwealth—in support of the PA Chamber’s mission.

Dee Yingst serves as the Chief HR & Compliance Officer for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, as well as Pennsylvania Chamber Insurance’s Human Resources Consultant. As the Chief HR & Compliance Officer, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the PA Chamber’s internal human resources function, helping achieve the organization’s goals by overseeing the development and implementation of policies, programs and services such as active recruitment, employee relations, the full scope of employee benefits, and safety initiatives.

Brian and Dee will review:

• Creative scheduling and work environment flexibility to preserve social distancing
• Travel policies
• Development of company check-list for daily cleaning measures and sanitation
• Healthcare questions and guidance
