Please join the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce as we honor the Peters Family. Since 1870, the Peters have been providing south-central PA with high-quality produce cultivated on their family farm located in Cumberland and Adams counties. By utilizing sustainable agricultural practices, the Peters hope that future generations will continue their legacy in “the heart of apple country.”
About the Business Achievement Award: Each year the Chamber awards one of the many outstanding individuals in our business community. The honoree is an integral part of the greater Carlisle community promoting business and fostering goodwill throughout. The event acknowledges these endeavors while enjoying a breakfast buffet and networking time with other Chamber members. Past award recipients include the George Family of George’s Flowers, Bill Miller of Carlisle Events, Lincoln Warrell of Pennsylvania Dutch Candies, Paul Strickler of The United Telephone Company, and Ron Leitzel of Mountz Jewelers. This program is supported by the Carlisle Business Education Foundation and sponsored by First National Bank.
