The Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (CCHRA) and Borough of Carlisle are partnering to complete the community’s five-year housing plan for 2020-2024. As part of the process, we are inviting the public to join us at several community events to share input on affordable housing, housing conditions, senior population needs, and other housing-related hurdles that should be addressed through CDBG & HOME grant funding.
