Dr. Brad Johnson is the author of Elements of Mentoring. His experience and advice on mentoring relationships holds significant value across work sites and professions. This seminar will act as a catalyst to creating successful mentoring relationships to help your coworkers and employees thrive. W. Brad Johnson, PhD, is professor of psychology in the Department of Leadership, Ethics, and Law at the United States Naval Academy, and a faculty associate in the Graduate School of Education at Johns Hopkins University. He is recipient of the Johns Hopkins University Teaching Excellence Award. He has authored 12 books in the areas of mentoring, professional ethics, and counseling.
