Are you looking for a great team building event or an afternoon out with some friends? Tri County Community Action’s “Escape from Poverty” event would be a great option.
In recognition of “National Poverty in America Awareness Month” in January, TCCA will be hosting this inaugural event on January 25, 2020, 2 p.m. at the Harrisburg Escape Rooms at ABC East Lanes, located at 1001 Eisenhower Boulevard, Harrisburg.
This unique special event will feature an Escape Room where teams will have to work together, find clues, solve puzzles, and crack codes to escape before time runs out. Like solving the issue of poverty, it takes teamwork. Along with the Escape Room, the event includes bowling, NASCAR-style virtual reality racing simulation, and food and drinks.
Jennifer Wintermyer, TCCA Executive Director says, “We want this to be a fun and relaxed event while raising money for a very important cause – fighting poverty.”
Sponsorships are available, which includes admission to the event and other benefits.
