Accident Investigation; New Rules for Walking and Working Surfaces; Material Safety Handling and Struck-By Precautions (Forklifts)—with OSHA now allowing companies sometimes to do accident investigations themselves, there are more responsibilities on companies and their safety committees. At the same time, new Walking and Working Surface rules from January caught companies off-guard and created confusion.
