Breaking Barriers: Making Way for Women in a Male-Dominated Field
The Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce is ecstatic to have PA State Trooper Kelly Smith as our first Women for Women speaker of 2022! Trooper Kelly Smith has served with the Pennsylvania State Police since 2013. She is currently assigned as Community Affairs Officer, providing community outreach specifically within underserved communities across Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, and Perry counties. She also serves as the director of the State Police operated youth outreach program, Camp Cadet, which aims to build positive relationships between law enforcement and youth.
She will be sharing about her rise to success as a state trooper, how she found her inner strength, and how you can do the same. Join us to hear an inspiring presentation from Trooper Smith!
