They educate, advocate, and communicate through various networking channels, such as business shows, workshops, conferences, partnerships with community and legislative leaders, and workforce development programs. Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources
The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) maintains and preserves 120 state parks and 2.2 million acres of state forest land. DCNR aids community conservation partnerships through the designation of grants and technical assistance to benefit trails, greenways, local parks, regional parks, and natural areas.
