Back to list July 24, 2015 CAEDC assists with the development of Delta Pointe West Groundbreaking at Delta Pointe West Development is currently underway along Route 114 in Mechanicsburg for the new Delta Pointe West site. The project was funded through the help of the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program from the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation and the EDC Finance Corporation, with Members 1st Credit Union acting as the Senior Lender. The total project cost is just over $4,000,000 with CAEDC/EDC Finance assisting with $1,610,000 through the SBA 504 loan. Delta Pointe West will be the new corporate headquarters of The Carlisle Group, an Executive Search and Recruitment Firm, and the site for a new full-service spa, SPAtacular Escapes. The Carlisle Group will be relocating its current team to the new location; allowing for its continued growth and expansion of services with an on-site Training/Education Center. SPAtacular Escapes will be offering a full-service spa and salon services, a café, and fitness classes. It is anticipated that the new spa and The Carlisle Group will create 35-50 jobs at the Mechanicsburg site.
