Back to list June 29, 2022 CAEDC Hires New Director of Finance and Administration Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) is pleased to announce the hiring of Mary Breaithwaite as the new Director of Finance and Administration. Breaithwaite comes to CAEDC with over 15 years of accounting and human resources experience for large-scale financial organizations. As the Director of Finance and Administration, Breaithwaite will manage all financial activity to ensure regulatory compliance, accounting principles and policies, and organizational cash-flow, including the annual budget cycle and investment strategy. In this role, Breaithwaite will also act as a credit officer for all internal and external loan programs to ensure delinquency risks are minimized, as well as supervise the loan processing. “On behalf of the CAEDC Board of Directors, we are excited to welcome Mary Breaithwaite as the new Director of Finance.
