CAEDC Welcomes Three New Board Members

On Tuesday, September 20, 2022, the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) added three new members to its Board of Directors.

The three new members of the CAEDC Board include Don Kibler, Councilman for the Borough of New Cumberland; John Rampulla, Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP; and Jason L. Reimer, Chief Administrative Officer/General Counsel at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. They’re each joining on a three-year term, ending in September 2025.

The three newest board members join Crystal Quintin of Geisinger Health (Board Chair); Michael Shaull of McConkey Insurance & Benefits (Secretary); Jonathan Cox of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC (Treasurer); Amey Sgrignoli of Belco Community Credit Union; Kenneth Tuckey of The Tuckey Companies; Lauren Isch of Volvo Construction Equipment; and all three Cumberland County Commissioners; Gary Eichelberger (Delegate Commissioner), Vincent T. DiFilippo and Jean Foschi.

CAEDC Board Chair, Crystal Quintin said “We’re thrilled to welcome Jason, John and Councilman Kibler to the Board. These newest CAEDC Board members round out a group of thought leaders that bring a range of talents from consulting, and finance, to local government – all strong Cumberland County industries vital to economic development.”

The CAEDC Board also includes Community Liaisons, George Book of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce; Scott Brown of Shippensburg Area Chamber of Commerce; Nicole Deary of the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce; Jeff Palm of the Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce; Kirk Stoner of the Cumberland County Planning Department; Mary Kuna of the Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authority.

CAEDC is an independent, county-chartered 501(c)3 non-profit corporation responsible for providing economic development and tourism promotion services to the Cumberland Valley, which includes Cumberland County and the Southcentral Pennsylvania region.

CAEDC in cooperation with the Board and select committees are currently in the final stages of a new strategic plan for the organization.
