Back to list March 28, 2018 New Appointments to Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors CUMBERLAND VALLEY, PA (March 27, 2018) – On February 20, 2018, the Cumberland County Commissioners approved three new appointments to the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) Board of Directors. New members include: Amey Sgrignoli – President & CEO, Belco Community Credit Union Julie Krause – Group Manager Commercial Real Estate, M&T Bank Michael Shaull – Director of Client Management, Strategic Accounts Highmark Blue Shield Patrick Campbell, Senior Account Manager at Vitro Architectural Glass, was also reappointed for a 2nd three-year term that will end in 2020. CAEDC’s Board of Directors’ officers include: Chairman – David Swartz, Penn State University Vice-Chairman – Lani Longarzo, Shippensburg University Foundation Treasurer – Adriann Reed, Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz Secretary – James Carchidi, JFC Staffing Companies Delegate Commissioner – Gary Eichelberger, Cumberland County Board of Commissioners At the February meeting, the Board of Directors also approved a new Emeritus Ambassadors group. This group, consisting of former board officers or founding members, will offer guidance to the Board. The Emeritus Ambassadors will meet with the Executive Committee on a semi-annual basis to offer continuity from past leadership to the current leadership team, and provide input on the strategic direction of CAEDC. These appointed members will be reevaluated every year.
