Back to list April 02, 2019 New Officers & Reappointments to Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors CUMBERLAND VALLEY, PA (April 2, 2019) – On February 19, 2019, the Cumberland County Commissioners approved an updated slate of officers for the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) Board of Directors and reappointed four directors for a second, three-year term. CAEDC’s Board of Directors’ officers include (term March 2019-February 2020): Chair – Crystal Quintin, Geisinger Health Vice-Chairman – Lani Longarzo, Shippensburg University Foundation Treasurer – Adriann Reed, Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz Secretary – Michael Shaull, Highmark Blue Shield Harold Brandt, Lani Longarzo, Andrew Notarfrancesco and Susan Tandle were all reappointed to a second, three-year term, which will end February 2022.
