New SBA 504 Rates Include an 18-Month Low

CAEDC’s SBA 504 partner, EDC Finance Corporation, announced December 2014 rates, which included the lowest rate for 20-year fixed since June 2013, at 4.78%.

The 10-year fixed rate is currently 4.50%.
