Construction will begin soon on a new neighborhood development at Woods and Mulberry drives in Silver Spring Township. Charter Homes & Neighborhoods are the developers and were also the developers of the nearby Walden community.

RSR Realtors said that the first phase of 43 homes has been approved by the township, and construction will begin this summer with sales beginning in early fall. The neighborhood, which will be named WoodBridge, encompasses 63 acres and will include 126 homes with 28 acres of preserved space.
