Appalachian Brewing Company opens its new brewpub in Silver Spring Township. This is the seventh restaurant for the local chain. The restaurant will seat more than 250 diners in five different dining areas including a patio, mezzanine, and open-air brewery dining room.

Appalachian Brewing Company is moving all of its specialty beers and craft soda production to the 26,000 sq. ft. location on the Carlisle Pike. Diners will find menu items such as trail burgers, mile high meatloaf and rockfish tacos.
