Project: New 76,000 sq. ft. Food Store

Jobs Retained/Created: 275

Giant opened a new 76,000 sq. ft. food store at the Hampden Marketplace in Hampden Township. The store will replace the company’s current Enola location and increase the number of full and part-time associates from 220 to about 275.

The store will have some new features, including the Beer Garden & Eatery, at which customers will have eat-in and take-out options for food, as well as choose from a selection of domestic and import beers. There will also be an in-house nutritionist at the store.

The 74 acre commercial site is continuing attraction of retail and commercial users.
