Project: New 21st Century Learning Environment

South Middleton School District announced plans for a 21st Century Learning Environment. The Iron Forge Educational Center is a $22.4 million project that will create an “upper elementary” grade school at Iron Forge for grades 3-5, which has been in the planning since 2011.

The two-story addition will include 45,000-50,000 sq. ft. for South Middleton School District. According to the school district, the project will not only improve the educational environment, but will also enhance athletics and improve safety and security.
