Project Description:

The Carlisle Sports Emporium is an indoor and outdoor entertainment complex conveniently located off of I-81. Established in 1993, the owner has invested heavily over the years to keep the business vibrant and design a facility that appeals to multiple age ranges. With indoor and outdoor go-kart tracks, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, new batting cages, a 7,500 square-foot, 2-tier laser tag arena, a roller skating rink, the largest selection of arcade games in the area, and virtual reality gaming, the Sports Emporium is the ideal location for parties, team building events, group outings, and bus and tour groups.

The 1891 dairy barn located on the grounds of the  Sports Emporium had been used for storage by them for many years. Seeing its potential as a unique meeting venue that would complement their current offerings, the Sports Emporium received a $100,000 Tourism Product Development Grant from CAEDC to help fund barn renovations.

Now known as The Barn at Creek’s Bend, the renovated building is a sophisticated yet rustic indoor and outdoor location with a vaulted ceiling, wooden rafters, and original exposed stone walls. The venue also features a wrap-around deck, outdoor patio, a fireplace, and picturesque views of the historic LeTort Spring Run. With seating for more than 300 guests, The Barn at Creek’s Bend offers guests a work, gather, and play concept ideal for corporate events, weddings, conventions, and other social gatherings.
