PinnacleHealth opened a new West Shore Hospital in Hampden Township. This strategic decision included locating closer to patients in Cumberland County and working towards PinnacleHealth’s multi-year strategic plan, Vision 2017.
The five-floor, 188,000 square-foot hospital includes an emergency department, medical and surgical care, cardiology, orthopedics, chronic disease management, transitional care and private patient rooms. It will also initially employ around 300.
