Messiah College underwent a major renovation project at Murray Library. The project included renovating existing space and purchasing new equipment, technologies and academic tools. Messiah College utilized CAEDC and the Cumberland County Industrial Development Authority (CCIDA) to apply for state funding for part of the project. CAEDC assisted with obtaining Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) funding. The CCIDA served as the applicant on behalf of Messiah College for the grant.
