Silver Spring Senior Living (125 State Rd., Mechanicsburg): This personal care facility has 64 beds and focuses on whole-person wellness.

Parx Casino (250 S. Conestoga Dr., Shippensburg): 73,000 square feet featuring 500 slot machines, 48 electronic table positions, sports wagering kiosks, a restaurant, and a sports bar.
Palmer’s Sneakers & Apparel (5 E. High St., Carlisle): This boutique shop sells sneakers, vintage fashion, and athletic wear with a strong 90s vibe.
