MECHANICSBURG, PA –
The Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) welcomes Laura Delaney as its new Director of Tourism & Marketing.
Laura joined CAEDC in mid-May, bringing in 18 years of experience in marketing, most recently with Emerge Education as its Senior Marketing Director.
“Laura’s experience and knowledge in marketing is exactly what we were looking for to guide our promotion efforts in tourism and economic development” said CAEDC Executive Director, Janet Anderson.
Laura’s role at CAEDC leads the marketing, communications, and destination sales team and its role as the Cumberland Valley Visitors Bureau as well as overseeing Economic Development marketing.
Laura added “I’m excited to join the talented team at CAEDC and contribute to the continued success of tourism and economic development in Cumberland Valley. It’s an exciting time for the region, and I look forward to working with our partners and communities to promote all that makes this destination special.”
