Project: Dealership expansion to include high-end models
Site: 14.51 acres
Faulkner Automobile Dealership plans to build a new Cadillac dealership, construct a Subaru and Volkswagen facility next to their existing dealership on Carlisle Pike, and bring in high-end, Italian-made Maserati and Alfa Romeo models.
The project will be built on a 14.51 acre site in Silver Spring Township.
