In 2015, CAEDC assisted information strategies company SōtirIS with the purchase of a new building in Camp Hill. The local, growing business was looking for a place they could expand and have more of an open-concept floor layout for employee interaction and communication.

The total investment of the project was $600,000 and CAEDC invested $60,000 through the Cumberland Small Business Fund – Community Development Block Grant. This new building and expansion also allowed for the creation of five new jobs.

SōtirIS President Mark Wilson shared that Cumberland Valley is a great location for them and with their new home in Camp Hill they are in a central location with clients in a 60-mile radius.

Wilson also commented, “Working with CAEDC was a great experience, the process went smoothly and the timing was perfect for us.”

SōtirIS believes in a client-centric approach to resolving businesses’ most complex IT related issues and project initiatives through integrated business solutions and virtualization technologies.
