CAEDC assisted The Carlisle Group and the new SPAtacular Escapes through a $1,610,000 investment through the (SBA) 504 loan program in partnership with Members 1st Federal Credit Union.
The SBA 504 loan assisted with acquiring land and construction costs. Co-owners Shelly and Bert Wendeln opened the new facility at 200 Technology Drive, Suite 101, Mechanicsburg. Bert Wendeln is the President/CEO of The Carlisle Group and Co-Owner/COO of SPAtacular Escapes. Shelly Wendeln is the President/CEO of SPAtacular Escapes and the Co-Owner/COO of The Carlisle Group.
SPAtacular Escapes opened its doors to the public in October and will be holding a Grand Opening/Open House to showcase the company’s facilities, talent and services from noon until 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 3rd. The premier wellness spa and salon features a full-service hair and nail salon, five individually themed treatment rooms for facials, massages and other treatment options, an exercise studio, barber, and steam showers and Infrared saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms.
The Carlisle Group is a nationally recognized Retained Executive Search and Recruitment Firm. The Wendelns relocated The Carlisle Group to the available space on the second floor of the new building. The second floor also has available indoor and outdoor meeting space that will be available for the public to rent for special events.
