The PA Race Horse Development and Gaming Act (Act 2004-71), as amended, provides for the distribution of gaming revenues through the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) to support Projects in the public interest within the Commonwealth of PA. View the Local Share Account Statewide Grant guidelines here. Eligible applicants and projects must be located in Cumberland County. Complete applications must be submitted to Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) by October 31st, 2025.

There is a non-refundable $250 application fee to apply. Applicants are encouraged to mail or deliver a check made payable to Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation to:

To ensure quality applications, be sure to review the guideline in their entirety, any application that does not fall within the guidelines will not be considered.
