The construction is being done by the ECI Group. The company also provides packaging, processing, smoking and private labeling for other meat distributors. The project is on track for the retail location at Old Cabin Hollow Road to open in January.“CAEDC is thrilled to have been a part of this project. One of our primary target industries identified in the Strategic Economic Development Plan is agribusiness, so assisting an established business with an expansion solidifies the growth opportunity for this industry,” said Laura Potthoff, CAEDC Business Retention and Finance Manager.Read more about Cumberland County’s agribusiness industry here.
