Project: New 700,000 sq. ft. fulfillment center
Amazon opened a new 700,000-square-foot fulfillment center on 2 Ames Drive in South Middleton Township. Amazon representatives would not specify the date the fulfillment center opened or the exact number of employees that would be hired.
Amazon said it is hiring “hundreds” of full-time workers to pack and pick customer orders in its centers in the Carlisle area.
