CAEDC assisted with financing for Earth Spring Farm’s expansion from 8.8-acres to a 42-acre agricultural site located in Monroe Township. Due to significant increases in production and customer base, the company decided to expand its operation and create additional jobs. This project was important to CAEDC as it preserved a local agricultural site in an economy where farms are lost every year.
