Hospitality Asset Management Company, Inc. of State College acquired the 105-room hotel. The Comfort Suites Carlisle is located in historic downtown Carlisle and offers meeting space, a full-service lounge, and restaurant. CAEDC provided financing to assist in the acquisition of the property as well as upgrades and improvements.
