High Hotels Ltd., an affiliate of the High Real Estate Group LLC, opened a 120-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Lower Allen Township.
The $15 million TownePlace Suites Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg is located at 4915 Ritter Road in the Rossmoyne Business Park. The new hotel will employ 30 full and part time employees.
The extended-stay property features studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living, working and sleeping areas. Other hotel amenities include a heated indoor saltwater pool, a 24-hour exercise room, a meeting room, wireless Internet and on-site business services.
