Programs Used: Tourism Infrastructure Loan Fund

USDA Wolf Brewing Company, LLC, established in February 2015, made a national name for itself garnering awards in all 50 states for its small-batch brews.  Their newly-opened 7,000 square-foot brewery, taproom, and restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating and is a must-stop location for craft beer enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy a limited but unique dining menu of comfort food with a gourmet twist.

CAEDC assisted Wolf Brewing Company with $100,000 from the in-house Tourism Infrastructure Loan Fund and $50,000 in USDA funding to help bridge the gap between lender financing and start-up costs.

Testimonial

Co-Founder and Head Brewer Derek Wolf shared, “We have been homebrewing, entering competitions, and pouring beers at various festivals for years and CAEDC has helped turn our dream of opening our own brewpub into a reality. We can’t thank them enough for believing in us!”
