Tourism Grant Program applications must be submitted through this form. Applicants will receive a copy of their application at the email included in the application once the “Submit” button is pressed. The form can be printed for your records when completed by using the “Print” button at the bottom of the page.

Please have the following documents available to upload as part of your application process:
Requests up to $75,000
- Previous Two Year’s Tax Returns
- Previous Two Year’s and Year-to-Date Financial Statements
- Certificate of Organization, Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Limited Partnership
- Operating Agreement, Bylaws or Partnership Agreement
- Quotes for all activities included in your application
- Applicants utilizing in-kind matching funds must submit a letter from the individual or organization providing matching funds outlining the nature of the activity, anticipated hours and the hourly rate the activity is valued at.
Requests over $75,000
- Previous Two Year’s Tax Returns
