August Mack is happy to provide a free real estate and environmental educational forum for attorneys, bankers, brokers, and developers. By attending this event, you will gain valuable knowledge on various environmental topics and be provided breakfast, all at no cost to you!
The educational forum will take place on Tuesday, January 16th at 8:00 in the morning at the Lancaster Chamber. A continental breakfast will be served starting at 8:00 AM and the presentations will follow at 8:30 AM, with everything concluding at 11:25 AM.
The event will include a presentation from various August Mack Environmental employees that all have extensive experience in the industry. The topics for this event include “Strategies for Completing Deals on Environmentally Impaired Property,” “Estimating the Environmental Cost to Prepare a Site for Redevelopment,” and “Lead, Mold, and Asbestos.”
