Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) – CAEDC can assist through PIDA with low-interest financing for the development of industrial parks and multi-tenant facilities for land, buildings, machinery and equipment, and working capital.

Cumberland Small Business Fund (CSBF) – CAEDC’s CSBF loan program offers low-cost financing to businesses located in Cumberland County for land and building acquisition, building construction, renovation and expansion, machinery and equipment purchase, and working capital.
