Attainable Housing has been identified as one of the primary issues affecting Cumberland County’s workforce needs. Through it’s Strategic Blueprint, CAEDC is tasked with collaborating with the Cumberland County Planning Department and the Cumberland County Housing Authority to determine a path forward in meeting our Attainable Housing needs as reported in the Cumberland County Affordable Housing Study.
