Back to list July 01, 2021 The Need for Attainable Housing On June 30, 2021, CAEDC in partnership with the Cumberland County Housing & Redevelopment Authority and the Cumberland County Planning Department, held an event on the need for Attainable Housing in Cumberland County. This brought together non-profit, municipal and developer partners in our County to begin a discussion on how we address the barriers to attainable housing. Please view a recording of the session below, along with two reports that were referenced during the discussion.
