Back to list April 17, 2014 CAEDC Seeks Agency for Advertising Creative & Media Buying Cumberland Valley, PA (April 17, 2014) – Due to an increase in visitation and growth of the destination, Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) is looking for an agency of record to handle media buying and advertising creative. CAEDC is seeking the professional services of a single marketing agency to work in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive advertising program to promote Cumberland Valley as a destination to targeted audiences including leisure and business. A Request for Proposal (RFP) has been developed that outlines the scope of work, budget and proposal requirements. The RFP is designed to identify the most qualified agency to carry out all aspects of Cumberland Valley’s tourism and economic development advertising, including creative campaign development and media buying. CAEDC would prefer an agency with previous destination marketing experience. Please email Valerie Copenhaver, CAEDC Director of Marketing, for a copy of the RFP. Agencies with intent to submit a proposal should notify CAEDC by May 1, 2014. The proposals will be due by Noon on May 28, 2014. CAEDC will not be accepting phone requests.
